RepoProp UK is a website acting on behalf of several Real Estate Agencies in Spain. Run from Pinoso, everyone connected with RepoProp UK is English speaking.
RepoProp UK was set up with the intention of offering value for money properties to foreign buyers who may be thinking of settling in Spain; either as a retirement option, or simply to enjoy a better standard of living.
The Spanish market has been flooded with cheap and affordable property with property prices now at an all-time low. It is difficult to see any purchase losing value given the current trends in the foreign exchange rates.
Buying a home in Spain can be relatively tricky if you don't know the market and do not have a good understanding of the language. Therefore, should you choose to buy from us, we will do everything that is required for the sale, transfer and registration of your new home, including conveyancing and assisting you in obtaining an NIE1 number.
We are in a position to advise you on many other matters including Legal Services, Schooling, Health, Insurance, and any other needs you may have when thinking about living in our beautiful surroundings.
Apart from the normal buyer's Tax Land Registry and Notary Fees, there are no hidden extras2. As a buyer, you are NOT responsible for the Sellers' fees.
As a rough guide, you should allow between 9% and 11% on top of the sale price, to include Buyers' Tax, Notary Fees and Land Registration Costs.
